Scott and his wife, Kimberly, opened Quality Auto Repair in 1997 with the goal of providing South Jersey drivers with a full-service, independent auto repair shop where top-notch work and excellent customer service are the norm, not the exception. Today, the Nolans consistently succeed in their mission by staying at the forefront of automotive technology, and always treating people with fairness and respect.

Scott, himself, saw too many auto repair shops unwilling to invest in the future, and becoming obsolete as a result. By combining his experience in the automotive industry with his willingness to learn and grow, Scott knew he could make a real difference for his customers, his family, and his employees with his own auto repair shop.
Scott got his start in the auto repair business at a young age. As a child, he was fascinated to find out how things worked, and in high school, he was finally able to put his natural curiosity and talent to use during auto mechanics class, where he received an award for The Cooperative Industrial Student of the Year. After high school, Scott worked as a technician for several auto dealerships and manufacturers, including Ford, General Motors, and Toyota, before getting a job selling and training auto shop owners and technicians on diagnostic computers and lab scopes. However, Scott missed the hands-on work of being a technician, as well as helping people with their vehicles, so several years later, he went back to work as an auto repair technician in the independent auto repair industry, learning to service all makes and models and interacting directly with customers.
While working in the independent auto repair industry, Scott became confident he could live the American dream by opening his own business—an auto repair shop with proven experience, foresight, and integrity. With Quality Auto Repair, Scott can ensure our customers receive the high level of expertise they deserve, all while being serviced by the highest ethical code and a policy of absolute honesty.
Scott has achieved many certifications in the automotive field. He is an ASE-certified Master Technician, an ASE-certified Service Consultant, and is L1-certified in advanced automotive performance. Every one of our technicians is a factory-trained, ASE certified mechanic, and our entire staff is equally committed to providing an excellent auto repair experience. We offer a vehicle pick-up and delivery service allowing customers to keep working while we service their vehicles, and our work is backed by a three-year, 36,000-mile warranty. We also perform a free 49-point vehicle health inspection to make sure your vehicle is safe and reliable.
